Photography @ Mike BradleyMy name is Harry Williams. I am a British pianist, composer, and producer for visual and interactive media. I completed my undergraduate music degree at the University of Southampton in 2023, achieving first class honours, and have since been working freelance in music. I began studying at the age of six with classical piano lessons, starting my freelance career as a performing pianist. I found myself in media composition during the 2020 COVID pandemic lockdown, where all live performances were cancelled.
My music can be found across a range of media, with some highlights including a series of TV advertising campaigns by the University of Southampton titled ‘Set Your Sights On The Possible’, and the meditative interactive video game ‘Getaway’.
I have found that composing across visual media and art to be a rewarding path. Not only does the interdisciplinary nature of blending music with visual art forms present unique possibilities, but it allows me to collaborate with fantastic artists.Credits
